I was first introduced to Keiser bikes at my local box gym. There, they have M3's -- when I'm not able to get on my road bike due to weather, the M3 was a great alternative. I decided I wanted to invest in my health and get a M3i for my home. The M3 didn't have the ability to adjust the handlebar positioning which made them slightly uncomfortable for me on longer rides. The M3i completely solves that and allows for a much more comfortable ride. I'm horrible at putting stuff together, but with the YouTube video along with the well-explained installation guide, I was able to assemble on my own. Very happy with the purchase and have been using it daily! Love the convenience of being able to just hop on whenever I want to.

This bike is a solid-quality piece of equipment. It is sturdy plus the assembly was simple enough. I love the placement of the resistance lever handle. It is very convenient an easy to change while riding. The Keiser customer service is also an excellent one.
