On a strider machine, you are in a standing position and use both your arms and legs to receive a total body workout. Striders also feature a more oval (or elliptical) pedal stroke. Strider machines are designed to replicate walking, running, or climbing, while stationary cycles are designed to replicate outdoor cycling.

Our M5i Striders ship partially assembled on a pallet, and the process is a breeze! After purchase, you will receive a tracking number noting the projected delivery date, and once the M5i arrives at its destination terminal you will receive a call to assign a delivery appointment. There are no additional fees once purchased, the M5i goes straight from Keiser to you! The M5i will require a signature upon threshold delivery. If you encounter any trouble with your M5i delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We will ship your M5i within 10 business days of placing your order. From there, transit time varies by location, but is generally between 5 to 7 business days. You will receive advanced notice of the delivery, as well as a delivery appointment window.

The M5i is compatible with the same Keiser apps as our industry-leading M3i Indoor Bike. While it's true most apps are specific to indoor cycles, you can still participate with your M5i.

The M5i is one of the most compact ellipticals on the market, and does not require much space. It measures 22.5” wide and 49” long. The M5i is around 63” tall, and you'll be 8” to 10” off the floor when using the M5i. You'll want vertical clearance equal to about 12” taller than you.
